Tria Beauty At Home Laser Hair Removal System

I really like this device. My pits have never looked better. :D Hoping for continued hair-free results. (Forgot to mention, the Tria is not recommended for use on the face.) Today I'm wearing dior skin nude foundation, sue devitt pressed mineral powder to set, shu uemura seal hard formula pencil on brows, armani eyes to kill in champagne, sue devitt silver pencil on waterlines and inner corners, tarte lights camera lashes mascara, nars laguna bronzer, josie maran lip gloss in pink peony, nails are zoya raven with opi silver shatter on top, and bracelet is chan luu. They asked what my thoughts were on the Tria. Since I didn't own one, they provided the funds (the exact amount, I was not paid) so that I could purchase the Tria myself from QVC and give it a go. This device was already on my wish list so I was happy to do it and appreciated the opportunity.) Scentsy: jalapena2007.scentsy.us Julep: julep.com Ebates: www.ebates.com

  2. hi so i just received the tria. looks same as yours but with a red laser. my question is do i need to shave before using this every time or just with the first time using this? Also, if I missed some hair and I put tria over it, will it still zap the hair away?

  10. thanks :) my only real concern with the tria is while reading reviews I heard a lot of ppl mention it doesn't last long battery wise and has to be recharged often, even multiple times during one use if doing larger areas like the legs. Have you encountered this problem as well?

  11. If your skin and hair colors are compatible with the Tria, then I would definitely recommend that over the NoNo. I use the NoNo on my face because it doesn't cause irritation, gets rid of the peach fuzz and is quick and easy. I can't use the Tria on my face because the hair is too light. The Tria is permanent, which I love.

  12. That's a good point. We're more sensitive in many ways just before our cycle, aren't we? XO

  13. would u recommend this over the nono? I'm saving up for a nono right now and only found out about this product from watching your nono review lol. This almost seems like it would be better to get than the nono as my hair is relatively dark in all areas anyways. My budget is limited so I'm just wondering if I would be better of saving up for a nono or this, at least till I can save up some more and get both lol.

  14. Hi, I like a lot Your reviews, thanks for that.
You may just ad, that for girls, before they get their period, this is much more painful because they are more sensible and all that. I personaly can't do it in that time.

  15. I use the NoNo on my face (only) because it removes the hair w/o giving me red irritated bumps. The Tria won't work on my face because my hair is too light - not enough pigment for the Tria to work with. I prefer the Tria on any body part that is light skin and dark hair since it does what it says and gives permanent results.

  16. Because the company has not sought or received FDA approval for use on the face; just the body. You only need to use it a couple times a week for the first few weeks and then once a week is good after that, until you have no more hair.

  17. Well that's a bummer!! I've had mine for a year or so and it still works fine. Wonder if you got a dud. I wish they had offered you some kind of compensation.

  18. I ordered this in 2010 and was never told it holds only so many charges. I am a full figured woman and only tried it on my legs....it lasted 6 months and then quit holding a charge. It was almost three times the cost then! They have no repair for them and won't even offer me a discount for buying a new one! My hair on legs is not as course, but still a good bit on them, even after six months of treatments. I had to recharge after each use, as it died each time. Not worth the money in my opinion!

  19. Thank you so much for this review! How would you compare this to the No!No! ? I've been desperately trying to find the best permanent hair removal system to get rid of my god forsaken Italian hair from my legs. Unfortunately, I'm a college student on a budget so whatever I get I have to save for and I would hate spending a ton on something that doesn't even work. What would you recommend of all the things you've tried?

  20. Thank for the Video.. why do you say that it is not recommended to use in your face..? because it hurts ? lol also how often do you use it everyday? can you use it everyday?

  21. I've been doing some independent research and the bottom line is that it doesn't work on olive skin because the laser technology can mistake the dark pigment of the skin for hair pigment and destroy the skin leaving permanent scarring. I will have to wait until scientist target hair texture instead of pigmentation. I glad it works for you.

  22. You should look at the skin color chart on their website to be sure, but it says it works to mid tone skin and not for darker. You can buy it from their site or qvc.
